The Houdini Deck
Effect
A spectator selects a card and marks it for later identification. After his card is returned to the deck, the performer threads a ribbon through the two holes in the deck, handing each end of the ribbon to the spectator when he has finished. The performer then covers the deck with a handkerchief or silk, and removes the chosen card from the deck.
