PLEASE NOTE ABOUT CURRENT SHIPPING CONDITIONS.
All packages are shipped with a USPS or UPS/FedEx tracking number.
We guarantee that your package will be DELIVERED to the address you submitted when you placed your order.
Your package is considered DELIVERED when it is marked as such in with tracking information from the delivery carrier.
You can follow your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you when your order shipped.
If your package takes longer than 15 days to arrive, please contact using our CONTACT FORM if you have a question.
While these delays are outside of our control, we're always here to help by showing up to date tracking information in your account.
These are unusual times and we have been working harder than ever to ship packages with the accuracy and speed you expect from us, some shipping carriers are working considerably slower than normal. To check the status of your package, just click the tracking link in your account from your latest order. It will be constantly updated. Please let us know if you have any concerns. (But, please be aware we are unable to rush the couriers or have any control once your order leaves our hands)

SHIPPING: Below is our chart for shipping costs. If you have special shipping needs, contact the office to make arrangements. We will try our best to help you with your special needs. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Yes- we ship internationally! For over 20 years we have shipped our products all over the world. We are experts at International shipping and know many "tricks" about how to get your package to you safely.
UK & EU Customers
As of July 1, 2021, VAT taxes are required on all orders. Orders arriving in the UK & EU after July 1st will be subject to taxes, based on each country’s VAT rate. Additional customs charges may also apply to your order. Magic Supply Company is NOT collecting VAT taxes prior to shipment. The customs department in your country should contact you to pay VAT and any other fees before delivery. Magic Supply Company is NOT responsible for any additional fees added to your order after shipment. We strongly recommend you research VAT and additional customs fees prior to finalizing your order, so you are aware of the amount that may be charged. Due to potential customs delays, we cannot insure timely delivery.

There are many variables that determine the price of shipping (weights, dimensions, service requested).
We have a MINIMUM FLAT RATE shipping fee of $45.00 for all orders up to $49.00 to ship Internationally. All orders $49.01 and above are charged 45% of total order to ship to you anywhere in the world. If you place your order via PayPal we are able to adjust the actual cost much faster to speed delivery to you.
If you must know the shipping cost before placing your order, please e-mail us with the items you are interested in along with the shipping address. We will e-mail back to you the shipping options and cost. We can send you a PayPal invoice for these actual charges.
If you have already worked with us please know that we are a family business you can trust, we suggest (if possible) making your purchase using PayPal. This is "ONLY" because we have the ability to invoice you the difference or refund the overaged of the shipping costs much faster!
BACKORDERS: There are times when factors beyond our control will cause a requested item to be temporarily "out of stock". This item will be placed on back order and will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock.
RETURNS: We stand behind what we sell. If you receive a product that is defective, we will fix it or replace it for you immediately. However please understand, buying magic tricks means learning the secret to the effect and that can not be returned. Contact Magic Supply Company to arrange a return.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Many items not found here can be acquired for you via special order. Send inquiries about special items to us. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, comments or concerns your may have regarding our store.
